MerxAI was founded by a real estate financial operator who built automation tools out of necessity — and realized every small business needed the same leverage.
Before MerxAI, our founder spent years as a real estate financial operator — managing warehouse credit facilities, tracking covenant compliance, and running capital partner relationships. The work was complex, high-stakes, and drowning in manual processes.
So we built Mercury. That experience proved something: the right AI tools don't just save time — they change how a business operates. MerxAI exists to bring that same transformation to every SMB that's ready for it.

Mercury was built out of necessity. As a real estate financial operator managing warehouse credit facilities, our founder needed a way to track MLPA covenant limits, concentration tests, and portfolio health in real time. No off-the-shelf tool solved it cleanly. So we built one — using the Claude API and modern data infrastructure.
